All sales are final

No refunds or exchanges.

 

 Do you offer refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments?

Curvaceous Boutique doesn't offer any forms of refund, exchange or price adjustment. (If a promotional sale is going on during the time of your purchase but you do not use the promo code to receive the sale we cannot adjust the price.)

Please have the item part number and/or name READY when calling otherwise we cannot assist you until you have them. If you are calling about an order please have your order number READY before you call. (Order numbers resemble CB-#####)

 

Q3. I refused the package or there was an issue with my address; can I get a refund?

If your order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if UPS/ USPS finds the address as undeliverable we will not issue any form of refunds or online store credit. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and urge you to insure your order as this will provide you with recourse with the postal service.
