1. What is the return policy for Curvaceous Boutique,LLC?
If you are not 100% happy with any article of clothing, send it back for a store credit. Our store credits do not expire. No Price Adjustments
 
We value our customers and their satisfaction. Returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted with an invoice or a copy of the order confirmation page that was emailed within 14 days of the customer receiving the order from the postal service. We will give you a store credit of the item(s) purchase price (shipping is non-refundable). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit of the purchase price of the item under the conditions below:
 
Exchange:
You can return unworn, unused items within 14 days of ship date for an exchange. On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange, also include name of item, size and color.
 
As far as exchanges go, our styles sell out rather quickly which makes exchanges difficult. In this case, we suggest you place an order for the items that you would like to purchase and we will credit you for the items that you return.
 
Items must have all tags attached.
 
Please be aware if u returns a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, deodorant or makeup, jewelry or ring snags, etc, we will not accept return and it will be sent back to you.
 
Accessories, jewelry; sunglasses, hats and cosmetics sales are all FINAL.
 
All sale merchandise is FINAL.
 
Worn or washed merchandise is not exchangeable or returnable.
 
Items must be accompanied with a copy of the order invoice.

(PLEASE NOTE): If the items are received back to us not in the original condition, they will be mailed back to you.) All items should be sent with delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages.
 
FRAUD NOTICE: We take all forms of financial fraud seriously. In order to protect out customers and our business we log all transaction activity, including your IP address and time of purchase. In the event of fraud, we will provide information to all relevant agencies, including the financial institution, merchant services and legal entities.
 
We send all packages via USPS and recommend sending items back to us using USPS.

PICK UP IN STORE( No Shipping Charge)
All orders placed for Store Pick UP must be placed before 3pm EST for same day service, orders after 3pm will be available for next day for pickup.

EXPRESS ORDERS( next day) 
All order placed before 3 pm est  will ship the SAME DAY, all orders placed after 3pm and Saturday ~ Sunday will ship on the next business day. 
 
All packages will be sent via United States Postal Service to shipping addresses in the U.S. territories. Your order will arrive within 21 business days however, the United States Postal Service does not guarantee the arrival time of U.S. Territory packages. Overnight delivery is not available for U.S. Territories.
 
Curvaceous Boutique currently DOES NOT ship International at this time
 
2. How do I return items if I lost my invoice/packing slip?
Your order needs to be tracked by one of our customer service representatives. Please contact us using our Contact Us page. Please provide your full name, phone number, e-mail address and billing address.
 
3. Have the item(s) that I sent back arrived?
Returns and exchanges are handled at a separate facility and we do not keep a running list of packages as they arrive. Therefore, we cannot answer inquiries of whether your specific return or exchange has arrived at our office. If you use delivery confirmation, you will be able to check the exact date that we received your return. Instead we will email you when your return or exchange is processed which will occur within 1 week after your items arrival. If you have not yet received this email, this means that your return or exchange has not been processed yet.
 
4. I took the tags or bands off of my item can I still return or exchange it?
We're very sorry but like most boutiques, we do not accept returned items once the tags or bands have been removed. The primary reason for this is that once the tags are removed we have no way of guaranteeing that the items have not been worn. We're sure you would not want to receive from us items that someone else had worn and this policy helps us to ensure that you and all of our customers receive only new unworn items.
 
5. It has been more than 14 days from the date of my order can I still return or exchange my items?
Sorry, as stated in our return policy and like most boutiques, we only accept items for return or exchange that are postmarked within 14 days of order receipt. Sorry no exceptions. A Postmark is the date stamp that the mail service places on your package the day that you mail it. So if you mail an item on October 15th, the postmark that is stamped on it on the day you mail it is October 15th. For example if you place your order on October 1st, your package would need to be postmarked (mailed) by October 14th to be eligible for return. The reason for this is because our styles and items sell out quickly, and so if we give the customer any longer, the rest of the quantity for that style will most likely have already sold out.
 
6. Do I need to email you before sending an item back for return or exchange?
We would appreciate you letting us know by contacting us through the Contact Us page. This will send us an email. However, this is not a requirement. If you would like to return an item, please simply repackage the item and include your invoice in the package when mailing it back. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number in the case that your package gets lost on its way back to us.
